Ah this one is really cool! I think the pose seems fitting for him... I don't know if I can explain, but it has a certain power/dignity to it that I think works really well for his character. And I love the color palette too!

Very nicely done picture. You picked a really interesting angle, and the effort absolutely pays off. I love the warmth you have in the colors, as well as the bit of texture to keep the background from looking blank.

I've only got a few small critiques. Compared to the rest of his face, Iroh's ear is rather... scribbly. Ears can be hard, but even just a little more definition would keep it from looking out of place. The balance of the picture feels a little off. Just a bit, between how he's looking to the left and he's centered like that. If he were a little less dead center, it might not feel that way.

Overall, it's a very nice piece, especially considering how few references (one) that you had to work with for this. He's nicely recognizable.
